We are 100% independent and provide you with at least three high quality and trusted real estate agents in your local area, along with details of what they would charge to sell your home.

The final agent is the agent of your choice, who you feel most comfortable listing your home with.

We use our industry skills to negotiate on your behalf for the lowest possible sales commission. Of course you are welcome to be involved at any part of the negotiations and you have final say if you accept it or not – no obligation.

We review the agent's proposed marketing plan and costs, We also review the agreement with the agent and act on your behalf to secure you the best deal before you sign.
